Free Will and Brain-Machine-Interfaces: Are They Compatible?
The psychologist, neurobiologist and autor Niels Birbaumer visited the Freiburg to discuss whether free will and brain-machine-interfaces are compatible. The well-attended lecture attracted students as well as scientists and the general public. It was the first event of the new „Special Bernstein Lecture“ series, which has evolved from the Bernstein Seminars of the Bernstein Center Freiburg.
